Support Shift + Ctrl + Z as a Redo shortcut
Operating System: Linux
Description of the feature
Shift + Ctrl + Z has long been a standard Redo shortcut on Linux. The GNOME HIG and Wikipedia both list the shortcut and it works in the vast majority of Linux apps (from my experience).
The addition of this shortcut would be useful for other platforms as well: macOS features a similar shortcut, Shift + Cmd + Z, while Chrome OS also defines Shift + Ctrl + Z as Redo.
