Description
Created attachment 366219 glade's "what's new" screencast
Please create an optional quick guide to new features of GIMP for future stable releases.
Rationale: users don't always read release notes (there are still users who don't know about the single-window mode). Adding an easily accessible button or menu item to start a short walk through new features could help (especially if it's right in front of them just the first time they run a new stable version).
You can probably get a few ideas from an implementation of a similar feature added to Glade 3.21.0, video is attached. Here is the relevant commit:

Setting milestone to 3.0 would be good enough :)
