Problems with some font families - the family name is displayed instead of the font's name

Created attachment 363439 Burton-fonts shown in Gimp

Some weeks ago I've bought a bundle of Fonts/Font-Families. Most fonts of the bundle work with Gimp, except 3 families: Bourton, Burford and Hanley.

These fonts work correctly in MS Office and Libre Office. But not in Gimp (and Inkscape).

Gimp sees, that there are many different versions, but everyone looks the same. (See attached file)

Think, it's a problem with the font. (No madder, if it's installed in Win/Font or the Gimp-folder or as ttf or otf.) But how can I make it work anyway?
