The Angle range in brush dynamics should be -180°/+180° and not 0°-360°

Description
The range for the "Angle" dynamics is 0°-360°. This makes it complicated to reduce the final range. Typically to reduce the overall range one would use a line with a reduced slope around the middle of the diagram. But this centers the angle range on 180° and the brush is drawn upside down. So one has to either first rotate the brush by 180°, or use a contrived S shape, with a vertical in the middle. Using the -180°/+180° range puts 0° in the middle.
The current behavior isn't completely lost is this change is implemented. People who find the current range useful can always use the new range after rotating their brush by 180° (or use the contrived S curve).
