register descriptions for the GimpPDBProcType enum.

	GimpPDBProcType enum.

	* plug-ins/dbbrowser/gimpprocview.c
	* tools/pdbgen/pdb/procedural_db.pdb: get rid of all selfmade
	enum->string mapping. Get the strings from the GType system instead.

	* app/pdb/procedural_db_cmds.c
	* libgimp/gimpproceduraldb_pdb.c: regenerated.
