	* tools/pdbgen/pdb/paths.pdb: made them generate libgimp code

	* plug-ins/sel2path/sel2path.c
	* plug-ins/sel2path/sel2path_adv_dialog.c: code cleanup, nicer
	dialog layout, use new PDB wrappers
