	* app/core/gimptoolinfo.[ch]: derive GimpToolInfo from
	GimpViewable, it doesn't make sense for it to be a GimpData.

	* app/widgets/gimptooloptionseditor.c
	(gimp_tool_options_editor_get_title): do not append " Options" to
	the tool name. Fixes bug #142280.
