	* app/core/gimpbrushgenerated.c (gimp_brush_generated_load): use
	gimp_brush_generated_new() to create the brush object. Removed
	redundant calls to gimp_data_dirty().

	* app/core/gimpdata.c: freeze the data object during construction.
