Use a selected set of plug-ins from the build dir rather than the
install dir. In particular 'file-png' for the
'/gimp-save-and-export/imported_file_uris' test. We might need to use
other plug-ins from the build dir as well later, but for the ones from
'plug-ins/common' is enough.
