	"preview_border_width" parameters to the constructors and use them
	when creating the popup.

	* app/tools/gimptextoptions.c
	* app/tools/paint_options.c
	* app/widgets/gimptemplateeditor.c: changed accordingly. Create the
	icon popup without borders.
