	no need for calling gimp_imagefile_update() from here.

	* tools/pdbgen/pdb/fileops.pdb
	* app/pdb/fileops_cmds.c (file_load_thumbnail): rewritten using the
	GimpThumbnail API.

	* app/core/gimp.c: cosmetics.
