	* libgimpwidgets/gimpintstore.[ch]: automatically add an "(Empty)"
	item if the store is empty and remove it as soon as other items
	are being added.

	* libgimp/gimpdrawablecombobox.c
	* libgimp/gimpimagecombobox.c: removed handling of the empty list;
	the store does this for us now.
