	* app/core/gimp.[ch]: added "gboolean use_shm" to the Gimp struct
	and to gimp_new().

	* app/app_procs.c: pass "use_shm" to gimp_new().

	* app/plug-in/plug-in.c (plug_in_init): get "use_shm" from the
	passed "gimp".  Don't include "appenv.h" and "app_procs.h".
