	* tools/pdbgen/pdb/selection.pdb: fixed incorrect description of
	gimp-selection-is-empty, reported by pk.  This function returns
	TRUE when the selection is empty, but the description stated the
	opposite.

	* app/pdb/selection_cmds.c
	* libgimp/gimpselection_pdb.c: regenerated.
