Issue #2922: Some sentences appear untranslated (part 2)
If "Show unavailable actions" option is selected on the Preferences - Help System page, these sentences are shown.
IMO, we don't need to mark these sentences as translatable. I did send them because they had been marked as translatable with the previous (and closed: !61 (closed)) merge request.
