Draft: gimp-data: change color profile to sRGB IEC61966-2.1 on macos

This should cause the gimp.icns file to be saved with the correct color profile: sRGB IEC61966-2.1

However it doesn't appear to work.

Should fix Infrastructure/gimp-macos-build#64 (closed) (although not certain).

Depends on gimp-data!26 (closed)
