found a less x86_64-specific way to get non-portal print dialog inside flatpak, opening merge request as requested

only tested on x86_64 linux

set environment variable GIMP_PRINT_UNSTABLE_ANTI_PORTAL_WORKAROUND=1 for non-portal gtk print dialog

this in opt-in because it might not work on all architectures or break when libgtk-3.so.0 code changes
