tools: Free Select auto commit
This merge adds a 'Auto commit' checkbox to the selection options, visible only on the Free Select tool.
When checked, a selection will be automatically committed, as if the 'Return' key was pressed. This enhances the Free Select Tool, allowing the user to quickly draw the next selection without reaching for the return key, which is out of easy reach.
When used in with the Fill Selection option !1163 (closed), a quick blocking in technique with just the stylus action is possible.
