Samuel Oldham requested to merge SO9010/gimp:gimp-2-10 into gimp-2-10

This is attempting to resolve #9281.

This adds the features explained in #9281 with the addition of a new C file. It uses gexiv2 to get the metadata and then displays it as an image file with the thumbnails.

I need help with adding the ability to translate it, @cmyk.student please help.
