Curves has a messed up histogram background

OS: Arch Linux, Xfce4 desktop Gimp: latest stable 2.10.32

I just tried to use Curves and the window is like this.

Tried deleting .config dir, fiddling with the settings here but nothing helped. It’s like the whole ‘histogram’ is kind of blownup in the curves dialogue. Those lines in the Curves actually represent the tones of the image.

It doesn't matter which image or type is opened either.

Please advise me what to do.
