Integrate resynthesizer into GIMP or make it an official plugin

Description of the feature

For those who don't know, resynthesizer is a plugin that works very similar to photoshop's content aware fill. Say you have an image and want to remove someone like they were never there. Well you can use resythesizer to remove them and the algorithms will fill in the rest of the missing space. Content Awareness Fill pretty standard for photo editing these days, really should come OOTB available for GIMP.

Use cases

Like I said, it is just like the content aware fill from photoshop and has extra additional functionality. I managed to remove people almost (if not entirely) perfect on the first or second attempt using this. I love it. And anyone that's used it would agree it's so good it should be an official plugin.
