Some times when using the Alignment Tool The layers end up in random places
Environment/Versions

When I am using the Alignment Tool on occasion the layers being moved will move in a seemingly random fashion. I will select my layers, make sure I am aligning by the correct thing, press one of the alignment buttons and rather then moving to the specified space they will move somewhere entirely different to where they are expected to move Description of the bug
Here I am attempting to align the layers with the green colour tag to the centre of the canvas: When I click the "Align Center of Target" button I instead get this result: As you can see rather then being at the Center of the canvas they are off the left side of the canvas. This primarily occurs when I am trying to align groups of layers or a layer within a group on it's own and almost always when I use the drag select for it.
Reproduction
Is the bug reproducible? Randomly
Reproduction steps:
- Select layers using the Alignment Tool click and drag method (I'm sorry I don't know the actual name for this)
- Click the appropriate type of Alignment
…
Expected result: The Layers be aligned where you want them.
Actual result: The Layers could be anywhere on or off the canvas.
