Migrate to gtk4

Description of the feature

Now gtk4 is stable, the api will not change, you can start think and maybe port to gtk4. I read the old Issues about gtk4, but they close year ago and more because gtk4 wasn't stable. You already making switch to gtk3, Didn't make the extra effort and switch to gtk4?
