Crash in file chooser (due to bad GTK code about 'image-missing')
GIMP version: 2.99 master branch, commit c21859eb
Operating System: Xubuntu 20.04 (XFCE desktop)
Package: autogen.sh build with --enable-debug and --prefix=... (to make 'self-contained' installation)

Reproduction
Is the bug reproducible? Always
Reproduction steps:
- Open GIMP
- Select
File -> Open
orFile -> Open As Layers
- Try to select any directory
Expected result: Dialog shows directory contents.
Actual result: Crash
Additional information: Looks like some icon/icons is missing.
