Please add option for reverse order of layers when importing PDF

Currently when you import a PDF file, the first page goes to the bottom of the stack and the last page goes to the front. Some users claim they find it useful to have this behavior reversed. We already have such an option for exporting PDF, we could have it for importing as well.
