Please provide a way to export to jpg without adding any metadata

Description of the feature

It seems there is no way to export an image to a jpg file without writing any metadata to it.

Even unchecking the "Export Exif metadata" and "Export XMP metadata" options in the Preferences, the exported files contain lots of Exif and Xmp metadata, including information such as software version, OS, date, time, various IDs etc.

There should be a preference setting to turn off writing any metadata; currently one has to use external tools to remove annoying metadata added by gimp.
