Screenshot fails with "process is not authorized" error in KDE Plasma 5.20

GIMP version: 2.10.22

Operating System: Linux

Package: Arch Linux (gimp 2.10.22-1)

Taking screenshot using GIMP running in KDE Plasma 5.20 desktop environment fails.

Reproduction

Is the bug reproducible? Always

Reproduction steps:

1. Click File > Create > Screenshot
2. Click Snap button

Expected result: Screenshot taken and opened

Actual result: GIMP Message error dialog is shown
