script-fu function plug-in-film for Filmstrip filter missing advanced parameters

Description
If I go to Filters->Combine->Filmstrip in GIMP, a dialogue comes up with a bunch of options. Most of the options on the “Selection” tab are documented in the “plug-in-film” function, allowing the filmstrip filter to be used non-interactively through script-fu and GIMP batch invocation. However, none of the options on the “Advanced” tab are documented for the “plug-in-film” function. When briefly looking at https://git.gnome.org/browse/gimp/tree/plug-ins/common/film.c?id=07ff7c7d6db573e36db1b3c2ba03d89eb6b4f9e1 , it appears that the only way to specify most (all?) of the advanced options is through the GUI.
I would very much like to be able to directly call this plug-in from script-fu while specifying the advanced settings. May the existing plug-in-film function be expanded to include these advanced options as optional parameters or there be a new “-full” version of the function be created with these extra parameters?
