Operating System: MacOS 10.11.6 (15G22010), Windows 10

Description of the bug
I have picture, but I have a problem. It is impossible to perspective transform correctly, I set the photo straight, along the fence. Everything seems to be nice, but after clicking "transform" the photo "rises". It looks like the bottom right corner is running downhill. I noticed that turning off interpolation helps (but it cannot remain turned off, because there will be „steps” in the photo). The problem with this photo repeats for many people, regardless of the operating system. This is the first time I encounter such a error, I had no such problem with any other photo. I present the problem in the video below: Perspective issue I also attach a packed problematic photo, it was exported from nikon raw to jpg using the Capture NX-D application. Try to repeat this error on your own. DSC_7545_00001.zip
