Additional text orientation needed
Description of the feature
The Text tool has added several text orientations, but is missing how vertical text appears in French typography: text is rotated counter-clockwise, and is read bottom to top. This is how book spines are printed, and in general how vertical text is shown (see "PRINTEMPS" on the left and "SOLDES" on the right):
There could be a clearer separation between how the text is laid out (LTR/RTL and vertically/horizontally) and how the resulting text layer is oriented. As far as I know in Eastern languages that accept both vertical and horizontal layouts the characters are kept upright, so in the current scheme, the "mixed orientation" schemes are plain horizontal layouts where the text layer is rotated 90° CW, and from that perspective a natural extension is to add 90° CCW (and perhaps 180° for upside-down).
