Wayland: positioning of contextual menus broken

GIMP Version: master

Operating System: Wayland/Linux

Issue Description

Only saw this on the contextual of the Layers dock so far, but I am guessing this may happen elsewhere. Our contextual (right-click) menu always appear on bottom right of pointer on Wayland, hence if Layers dock is on the right side, part of the menu is out-of-screen.

Reproduction

Reproduction steps:

  1. Open an image
  2. Right click a layer

Expected result: menu should appear right/left/top/bottom depending on our position on display to be always fully visible.

Actual result: part of the menu is hidden out of screen. Screenshot_from_2020-06-30_14-50-46
