"Overwrite" mode for painting tools
Description of the feature
A mode for the Paintbrush/Pencil that simply replaces the pixels being edited with the ones placed by the brush. When working with pixels that have transparency, this is useful to avoid alpha compositing and instead paint exactly the desired color.
Paint.NET has an Overwrite mode which functions like so:

This feature is particularly useful when wanting to paint multiple strokes of a transparent color, while avoiding the more opaque sections that appear when strokes overlap.
