Stylus Input offset when changing input device modes between disabled, screen and window
GIMP version:
Note: bug reporters are expected to have verified the bug still exists either in the last stable version of GIMP or on updated development code (master branch).
Operating System: Windows 10 with an XP-Pen Artist-12 Tablet
Package: Installer from Gimp.org
I've been using gimp with my drawing tablet for a little while now, and it's worked great - however, I haven't been using the pressure sensitivity nor pressure opacity dynamic settings. When I tried to use them, the sensitivity would not register. I went into the tool preferences in settings, and changed the stylus setting from disabled to screen. It began registering my sensitivity, but now whenever I draw it draws a good two or three inches to the left of where I touch down the stylus. The same thing happens when I change the mode to window - except that it now draws two inches to the right. When using my mouse, it works fine as usual. Can someone help me out

Reproduction
Is the bug reproducible? Always
Reproduction steps:
- Using an Artist-12 Tablet Pressure Sensitivity Pen, change the mode in "Input Devices" from Disabled to either Screen or Window for both the eraser and pen
- Touch down on the Tablet
- (Note, it does not matter if Dynamics disabled or enabled - the input is off all the same)
…
Expected result: Lines appear where the stylus touches down
Actual result: Lines appear either off to the left or right depending on whether the mode is Screen or Window
