Difference of Gaussian (Legacy) is wrong if the image/layer has an alpha channel
GIMP version: 2.10.14 and 2.10.16
Operating System: Windows 10 version 1909 x64
Package: Installer from gimp.org (gimp-2.10.14-setup-3.exe/gimp-2.10.16-setup.exe)
Description of the bug
If image has a alpha channel, 'Difference of Gaussian (Legacy)' creates a strange layer.
Alpha Channel was filled by black, so really transparented layer was created!
(Each RGB channels is correct.)
Therefore, jpg file is treated correctlly, but jpg that added alpha is mistaken... Of couse, png too.
