Change the desktop name from "GNU Image Manipulation Program" to "GIMP"

First it doesn't fit on GNOME application overview, and actually either on Plasma full screen menu, and second it is referred as GIMP everywhere else, including GIMP official site and Wikipedia, so people are more familiar to that name
