iso-codes location is not relocatable on all platforms
Ubuntu 18.04.1 lts newly installed, Gnome 3.28.2

I installed GIMP via the applications (i think they call this a snap) and I had errors, I uninstalled and reinstall it again (Jan 26, 2019) and here are the errors it produces.
