More files that the dicom plug-in doesn't handle correctly

At Mukund's request, I'm opening this bug report in order to attach an example of a dicom file that isn't opened correctly. I'm also attaching a jpeg showing approximately how it ought to look. This image is from a CT scan series, and the jpeg is exported by a Windows program called EFilm Lite. I have cropped the jpeg to remove some text that the export adds around the edges; you can still see a little bit of it. I'm not sure that the jpeg is from exactly the same section as the dicom image, but it's at least pretty close and shows the basic appearance that would be expected.
