The "comment" (set as default) is lost for the next picture by saving as JPG's enhanced options

Description of the bug
Saving as JPG. "Enhanced optons". When setting a comment and save this options as "default settings", the commet is lost for the next picture/session. So i have to set the comment each time new.
Reproduction
Is the bug reproducible? [Always]
Reproduction steps:
- Setting a comment by saving as JPG and save this enhanced options as default. Related to #290
- Close picture and open a new one.
- Do a little things like sharpen it.
- Save as JPG an load the default settings. All settings are fine loaded but not the comment. There are approximately 36 "Spaces" instead of the comment.
