Archaic Hangul texts are wrongly placed in vertical text layout

Description of the bug
While I insert archaic Hangul into an images, they shows error if I converted into vertical text layout
Reproduction
Is the bug reproducible? Always
Reproduction steps:
- Download & install Source Han Serif (source)
- Create new image
- Choose Text tool
- Set font face as Source Han Serif (I used SC version)
- Set the language as Korean (for me, it's 朝鲜语)
- Insert text (source)
…
Expected result:
Actual result:
Notes:
- ᅌᅥᆼ〮 has error.
- 〮 (U+302E) and 〯 (U+302F) are shifted to the top.
- Do not use CN, TW and JP versions of Source Han Serif.
