Totally reproducible Crash involving Dockable Dialogs
GIMP version: 2.10.6
Operating System: Windows 10 build 1803
Package: gimp.org
Description of the bug
I have GIMP on "Single Window Mode" This means that I have a huge space for my canvas. Then, If I click somewhere on the canvas, and drag my pointer to any Dockable Dialog, it'll glitch the tools. After many times of doing this action, GIMP crashes.
I don't know how to get the Error Log on GIMP. So if anyone could tell me I could provide you with more details.

Is the bug reproducible? [Always]
Reproduction steps:
- Open a file or Create a New File
- Click on your canvas and drag the pointer to any dockable dialog.
- After doing it many times, the Software will crash.

Expected result: I really don't know... this has happened to me with older versions (2.8.X) so I think it's supposed not to happen?
Actual result: Not to happen.
