Metadata "Description" section leaves user wondering where it's stored

GIMP-2.10.4

The metadata "Description" tab gives no indication as to where the metadata is stored. For people who use metadata, that's quite significant.

For instance, testing showed that the "Keywords" section is stored as XMP.

Please mark either the whole Description tab, or the individual entries, with where they're stored.
