When I start the program, it returns: The procedure entry point libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll could not be located
Reproduction
Is the bug reproducible? [Always / Randomly / Happened only once ] ALWAYS
Reproduction steps:
- Unisntal 2.8
- Remove directory on Program Files
- Install on W7 64 bit updated
- Run GIMP
- It returns this error The procedure entry point libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll could not be located (look the attachment)
