Windows Resynthesizer & Resynthesizer-GUI crash during GIMP Start-up

Submitted by Steve Barnes

Link to original bug (#795822)

Description

During Gimp Start-Up and Plug-in load crashes are reported for both Resynthesizer & Resynthesizer-GUI once start-up is complete (with the crash reports dismissed) the heal tool (Filters->Enhance->Heal) is not available.

Uninstalled GIMP & G'MIC and reinstalled GIMP 10 and problem persisted. Reinstalled G'MIC problem persisted.

Online search took me to http://www.gimpusers.com/forums/gimp-user/20198-windows-10-gimp-2-9-6-resynthesizer-v1-0 which details the same problem in GIMP 2.9.6 and performed suggested download (http://www.mediafire.com/file/gwc928wmwti30g3/resynth_win_32_64.zip) and just extracted the two exe files from the win64 folder and it worked.

Version: 2.10.0
