Add Border dialog does not close after clicking the Cancel or OK buttons
Environment/Versions
- GIMP version: 3.0.0-RC1
- Package: https://download.gimp.org/gimp/v3.0/macos/gimp-3.0.0-RC1-arm64.dmg
- Operating System: macOS Sonoma 14.6.1
Description of the bug
When using the Filters > Decor > Add Border filter, the expected Add Border window shows up. However, when clicking Cancel, the window does not close; instead, the cursor turns into a beach ball. Luckily, the main window (where the image is) remains responsive.
Similarly, when clicking OK instead of Cancel (after having restarted GIMP, or when running the filter again), the border gets added, but instead of the Add Border window being closed, a beach ball appears.
This happens both on an existing png image and on newly created files in GIMP.
