Printing - image settings missing (due to some kind of 'print portal')

Operating System: Linux

when printing from 2.99.18 it no longer has an [image settings] tab.

this tab controls output size and positioning(kinda useful)

Talked on irc, seems to be a missing feature on the flatpak bundling.? it was available on 2.10
