With multiple monitors, a Wacom drawing tablet's cursor is offset in window mode (and potentially goes off the screen due to this bug).

Description
This is a duplicate bug, but it is still present in 2.8.20 for Windows. I've yet to try any 2.9 build, and at present have no clue where to find them.
The summary though pretty much sums it up: When I have one or more monitors enabled, the window mode cursor is offset. My screen is above and to the left, and the cursor's "center" is moved quite a ways down and right.
And, being a somewhat novice coder, I suspect some positioning equation somewhere in the code that relates to keeping the tablet's cursor position in check fails when factoring in the second display. Probably doesn't account for it?
