Procedure Browser comes up wrong size, resize works unexpectedly
2.99 Git master, freshly built, on Debian sid, minor UI problem:
When I use the Procedure Browser, it initially comes up with the right pane less than half the width it needs to display the descriptions, so I always have to resize it a lot wider to use it. It should default to the right size to show its contents; or else the descriptions should wrap to the available size. And it doesn't remember its size, so if I dismiss it then bring it back, I have to resize it again. Screenshot:
Resizing the whole dialog works for that. But then the dialog is quite wide, because the longest procedure name (gimp-gradient-segment-range-redistribute-handles) is wide. If I use the resize thumb in the middle of the dialog to try to make the procedure name list smaller (maybe I don't care about the full name of the longest-named procedures), it resizes unexpectedly, hiding the space from the beginnings of the procedure names rather than the end.
