Export to 10-bit HEIF throws error: Bit depth not supported by x265

Description of the bug

Export of image to 10-bit or 12-bit HEIF throws error: "Encoding HEIF image failed: Encoder plugin generated an error: Unsupported bit depth: Bit depth not supported by x265"

Reproduction

Is the bug reproducible?

Reproduction steps:

  1. File -> Export As ...
  2. Select File Type (HEIF/HEIC)
  3. Select "Export"
  4. Select Bit depth to be 10 bit/channel or 12 bit/channel
  5. Select "Export"

…

Expected result: Image file to be exported as 10-bit or 12-bit HEIF

Actual result: Error indicating bit-depth is not supported (see image above)
