Rename "GNU Image Manipulation Program" to "GIMP", like in Windows
"GNU Image Manipulation Program" is an excessive and unnecessary long name. It appears ellipsized in several app launchers from different desktop enviroments. In Windows, GIMP already appears as "GIMP" in start menu and in Microsoft Store, so it's odd that in Linux there is a different name.
