Environment/Versions
- GIMP version: 2.10.34
- Package: Installer from gimp.org

Description of the bug
When importing an svg file, increasing the resolution past the 16 bit signed integer limit of 32,767 pixels will cause it to fail for an "Unknown reason". At exactly 32,767 pixels, it imports fine, but a single pixel more and it fails.
Reproduction
Always works consistently the same way.
Reproduction steps:
- Attempt to import any .svg file, either by dragging and dropping or with the "File->Open..." dialog.
- Set the vertical or horizontal resolution to anything above 32,767 pixels and hit "OK".
…
Expected result: Successfully imports the svg file at a large resolution.
Actual result: Fails for "Unknown reason".
